What type of workouts are you sharing? Yoga, body weight strength training, handstands, calisthenics!
Does the workouts require any equipment? Most of the classes can be done with a yoga mat, but some will need blocks, a strap, a stick, a wall, a blanket etc. I’ll always let you know at the beginning of a class if you need additional props!
What’s the main goal for your workouts? My main goal is to increase your body awareness and help you feel better in your body. We will do this by building strength, flexibility, and patience.
