What do I need to participate in this program? You will need space on the wall and two blocks or books, a strap/ belt, and an optional blanket or pillow.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These workouts are for the advanced beginner and above with some basic body awareness and strength. There are options in each video depending on your experience!
