I am so glad I treated myself to another month with your classes on here. I have been dealing with a lot of pain in my body for the past year& with what you’ve offered here, I’ve had my first month of “real practice” it feels so great to move again and these movements are perfect for reintroducing strength and mobility into my practice 🙏🏾I wish I could afford another month!
