This class is a 50 minute Vinyasa practice based on the Rocket Yoga sequence. There will be opportunities for arm balances and inversions, so some experience recommended!

Enjoyable class! I would just like a few more hipopeners before going to hanumanasana. My body didnt feel warmed up for this.
