    About Ioannis Giannaris

    During my childhood, soccer was my primary sport, and I actively participated from the age of 7 until I turned 16. At the age of 15, I played for a club in the Greek Division D League, before that I was involved with other clubs in youth leagues. Due to my passion for sports, I decided to get a degree in Sports and Science at University. It was during my second year of studies that I got into fitness and I certified as a personal trainer from NASM. Since the age of 20 I work as a personal trainer for private gyms and well known companies such as Radisson Blu, Holmes place. Currently, I’m based in Vancouver BC, collaborating with the innovative Fitness company. This journey has gave me the privilege of training a clientele with different backgrounds and fitness levels, a huge factor that made me grow as a professional in the industry. Additionally, I specialized as a strength and conditioning coach in my University and I worked with young tennis athletes for 2 years. With the experience and the knowledge I‘ve gained , I’m absolutely excited to share my philosophy with you all and helping you to achieve your fitness goals. Inside my app you will find workouts for every fitness level and different fitness goals, I’m convinced that if you stick and stay dedicated, you will definitely see the results you’re after.
