What does Real Time mean?
Real Time Workouts are the workouts that I will personally be completing throughout the week! These are the workouts I have designed in order to prep myself for summertime!
What equipment do I need?
Preferably a set of light and heavy dumbbells, a yoga mat, a bench or step, and a booty band!
Will the workouts disappear?
Every four weeks a new set of workouts will begin! So the present workouts will be disbursed into their appropriate categories. So they won't be deleted, just rearranged :)
