The 14-Day Express Program helps you tone your body and feel stronger before the holidays. Each day focuses on different muscles: upper body, lower body, and full body. Most days include 5 exercises, one lighter day has 4. You can train at home or in the gym with dumbbells and a resistance band. Beginners can use only body weight. Just 14 days to start seeing results and feel confident! 14-дневная экспресс программа поможет подтянуть тело и почувствовать себя сильнее перед праздниками. Тренировки задействуют верх, низ и всё тело. В большинстве дней - 5 упражнений, один день - 4. Заниматься можно дома или в зале с гантелями и резинкой, новичкам достаточно веса собственного тела. Всего 14 дней до первых результатов и уверенности в себе!

    Hi! I’m Inna Zhukov, an Online Personal Trainer. My goal is to help women find their inner strength, feel confident, and enjoy an active lifestyle. I was born in Pyatigorsk, North Caucasus, and 24 years ago moved to Denver, Colorado. My love for fitness started in youth, and now, at 45, I’ve found balance: health, energy, and confidence. I create programs that are simple, effective, and adaptable for home or gym. Beginners can start with bodyweight exercises, and anyone can progress at their own pace.     What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Improve posture * Improve mental clarity and focus
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 5 times per week * 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Go for a hike or a long walk.
    What do I need to participate?
    * You need a set of dumpbells , band, mat, and bottle of water * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
