Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These are for any skill level. If you are post-partum or dealing with injuries consult your doctor and adjust the exercises to your comfortability.
What do I need to participate in this program? You can use your own body weight, however after the first week I do recommend increasing the weight or resistance. And if that’s the case you will need your choice of weights and resistance bands!
What are the goals of the program? Overall weight loss and toning.
How to schedule the program into a week? Time management is key! There’s always time to squeeze in a workout. We all have busy schedules but we have to make time to put an effort into our own health and wellness. Planning a 45 minute workout before work, at lunch or in the evening is crucial. Once you start prioritizing this you will start seeing positive changes in your day to day life. You deserve to be the best you!
