This program is designed for ALL Levels! We'll be utilizing my new fabric bands for a lot of the exercises, which you can now purchase here: https://ourvisus.com/collections/bands! If you're a beginner, this program is PERFECT for you, as Week 1 will be primarily focused on just bodyweight exercises so you can really focus on your form & building a strong foundation. Week 2 will progress into more banded work, and weeks 3&4 I suggest you use heavier bands, and can add dumbbells to most exercises to really increase the intensity (and your overall strength)! If you are at more of an intermediate/advanced level, I encourage you to use dumbbells/weights starting at week 1, and then increase the weight/reps as desired for the remaining weeks. The idea is to stay consistent, and complete the FULL 4 week program for the best results - so make sure to listen to your body, and once you start feeling comfortable - then increase the intensity by adding weight/heavier bands or weights or even adding sets & reps to your ability. Let's do this!

After being unhappy with my body for years I finally decided to take action! I lost 40 lbs, got pregnant, gained it all back & now lost it all again!
