I don’t know if you’re able to see when people complete or rate your workouts individually but I completed this entire 8wk program except for the very last stair master sprint exercise & then got a new phone so I’m having to go through & “complete” them all again so I know I did them. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
