I killed it today!!!💪 Yesterday I got a lymphatic massage and I had planned to go training after that, but my body was SO tired (felt like I had workout!! Crazy) and I rested the rest of the day instead. Today came to the gym did the training I had planned for yesterday with the Heaviest weights ever!!! And it all went so easily!!! 🌟🤩🌟 Thank you for always being so encouraging with your messages and supporting me through this process.❤️Means a lot.
