It was so hard but felt great afterwards! I didn’t think that I could do a 5K but I did! Thanks to an amazing trainer!❤️💪🔥

4.27 miles with a group run today actually! Worked out perfect! We stopped three times and did shoulder taps, push-ups and sumo squats 10 reps each. Sprinted up our capital steps too!
