Last week of doing this workout, last week of the entire program... during my break before the third and last round of cardio I realized that I’ve been doing it wrong - I’ve been doing all exercises back to back with 15 seconds rest between rounds instead of 15 seconds between each exercise and 1 minute rest between rounds, no wonder I’ve been dyingπŸ₯΄ There’s a thing called β€œreading the instructions” and I’m clearly not very good at that!πŸ˜‚ Either way, THANK YOU for yet another FIRE workout!πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
