Rule nro 2: Take before-pics before starting the challenge and after-pics when 40 days are done.
Rule nro 3: Don’t quit before the 40 days are done! This is important! You are strong and you will do so great! Try to do every workout I have carefully designed for best results.
How to eat during the challenge? Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the “Insights” section. Limit sugar, alcohol and junk food for best results. You can eat anything in moderation. Drink one big cup of water first thing in the morning. Also drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to use calorie calculator, that is totally okay.
