How to schedule the program into a week?
You can do the workouts any day you want - just do all the workouts as instructed during the week and remember to take two rest days every week. Each week gets a little more challenging, so make sure to take the rest days.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All the workouts can be done at home with body weight and little equipment like mini bands, dumbbells or any other substitute from home; water cans, bags of rice, filled back-bags etc.
How to get the best results from the program?
Stay consistent. Put in the work and results will follow. When you workout, challenge yourself and give it all you got.
