Loved it! Perfect duration, burn exactly were it should, made me sweat and there were no acrobatic exercises to make it complicated to follow the pace.

Perfect length for a home workout, nice intensity, I only had one pair of dumbbells but it’s easy to just go a bit faster to up the intensity again 🔥🔥 great!!
