Bc even $700 can’t expedite C section scar healing

Laying on the treatment table, while rocking my screaming newborn in the stroller next to me as my PT dug into the C section scar tissue was a novel experience I don’t wish for you. First off, I fully acknowledge that being able to spend $700 from my HSA and hire a babysitter to watch my other 2 kids screams privilege. I had a major light bulb moment 💡 and realized instead of spending major coin on 3 PT visits, finding a babysitter, pulling out savings, and having a somewhat stranger dig into my body… I needed a home program that would run me through the paces, and since there was no at home C section Rehab class…I designed it myself.
