About Hope Misner

Online personal trainer

With a lifelong passion for fitness, I began my journey training endurance and flat track racing horses for over a decade. Eventually, I traded the saddle for the gym, dedicating myself to personal fitness and helping others achieve their goals. For the past four years, I have been consistent gym-goer and have competed in several CrossFit competitions and stepped in an MMA cage. Currently I serve as the Director of Operations at GG Wellness Center in Nebraska City. Here, I take pride in fostering community fitness through youth camps, fitness challenges, aerobic classes, and overall wellness programs. My latest passion is personal training. I have completed my NASM certification allowing me the opportunity to help and inspire so many on their own fitness journeys.
