About Hope Misner

Online personal trainer

With a lifelong passion for fitness, I began my journey training endurance and flat track racing horses for over a decade. Eventually, I traded the saddle for the gym, dedicating myself to personal fitness and helping others achieve their goals. For the past three years, I have been a consistent gym-goer and have competed in several CrossFit competitions, consistently earning a spot on the podium. Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations at GG Wellness Center in Nebraska City. Here, I take pride in fostering community fitness through youth camps, fitness challenges, aerobic classes, and overall wellness programs. My latest passion is MMA, which I took up a little over a year ago. I am eagerly preparing for my next fight, determined to walk out of the cage victorious with my hands held high.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
