That was awesome! Tips for those donkey kicks? They have always felt hard, like I can’t get the feet up! Thank you for your handstand prescription! I have just completed level one, week one. Feeling stronger and quite sore so I will do a rest day tomorrow and just do a regular yoga flow. Also any tips for middlesplit? I have been working on it for over a year. I’m about two-three inches away from the ground but it feels like eternity lol! Hope you and your family are well :)
