Love this one. My weights were too heavy for the down dog planks though 🤣. I’m trying to get my body back. I ran the la marathon back in March, then had a hamstring injury and we’ll, pile on pandemic, full time working from home and kids distance leaving, I think I dissolved into a stress body ☹️. Thank you for being available.

I really was not feeling like I had energy to do a workout, but woman! Now I'm energized for more! Such a fun & challenging circuit. I've only done 2 of the yoga with weights circuits and can't wait for more!
