Love this flow! It’s quick which is great for those days when things don’t go as planned! And the movements are so unique and fun!

The flows are great, but I think you transition through the postures too quickly. And I’m a yoga teacher, so am familiar with the postures. If more uninitiated, it would be too too tricky
