    Hey, I'm Hilary! Here's my story:

    My fitness coaching journey is rooted in real-life challenges. From postpartum struggles with weight loss, to inconsistent gym workouts, to being broken by stress, underweight/stripped of confidence - strength training became my refuge. But body dysmorphia, hormonal imbalances, and weight gain followed, teaching me invaluable lessons on both sides of the coin. I’ve since used my education in fitness and nutrition to find balance—achieving fat loss, muscle gain, and embracing life's joys. I'm looking forward to supporting you in all things nutrition and fitness!

    How do I know your programs will work for me?
    If you haven’t had success with other workout programs in the past, you may be skeptical. But I'm here to help you get the results you want. I know that fitness isn't always just physical, that's why I include fitness programs, fitness and nutrition tips, and recipes! I'm here to support you every step of the way.
    I'm a beginner, can I do your programs?
    Yes! If you're brand new start with the Foundational Program. But any of the programs can be scaled back. All exercises have videos and simple written instructions to make it easier to follow along. This means you’ll understand to see how to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely. You're likely more capable than you realize!
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout and what your personal goals are! Some of my programs require minimal equipment. But if your goal is strength gains, progressive overload, where you increase the intensity of the exercise over time, is required.. You can do this with tempo, rep range as well as weight. Having access to a variety of weights will make that easier for you. If you're not sure if a program is right for you or you need a substitute for a specific exercise.. just send me a message and I'll help you find a solution!
