My fitness coaching journey is rooted in real-life challenges. From postpartum struggles with weight loss, to inconsistent gym workouts, to being broken by stress, underweight/stripped of confidence - strength training became my refuge. But body dysmorphia, hormonal imbalances, and weight gain followed, teaching me invaluable lessons on both sides of the coin. I’ve since used my education in fitness and nutrition to find balance—achieving fat loss, muscle gain, and embracing life's joys.
