Hi there! My name is Helen and I am a certified personal trainer, as well as a certified sports nutrition coach. Growing up, I lacked a lot of confidence and didn’t know what I was capable until I discovered the gym around the age of 21. Working out has completely changed my life in so many ways, and I just want to help other women find their confidence and strength, just like I did.

I’m pregnant, is it safe for me to do this program?
Excellent question! These workouts are created with pregnancy in mind because I created them while I was in my first trimester! HOWEVER, every pregnancy is VERY different! I urge you to talk with your doctor before trying any workout program, especially if you are pregnant. The most important thing to me is that YOU and your baby are safe. And if you are ever doing something that doesn’t feel right, please stop that movement immediately.
