- Keep your legs extended in front of you
- Bring one leg toward your chest
- Rotate your torso bringing your elbow toward your knee
- Keep your lower back in the floor and your core tight

Bicycles

- Keeping your lower back on the floor raise your legs
- Engage your core as you come down

Lying leg raises

Bicycles + Lying leg raises

- Keep your core tight through out the movement 
- Extend your legs and move them up and down

Flutter kick leg raises

Plate Twist

Flutter kicks + plate twist

- Keeping your core engaged rotate your hips
- Focus on your abs

Plank with twist

- Start with your back at 45 degrees 
- Rotate from on side to the other keeping your core engaged

Russian twist

- There should be a straight line from your shoulder to your feet
- Keep your core engaged

Side plank

Russian twist + Side Planks

- Engage your abs a as you come up
- Keep you legs as straight as possible

Weighted suitcase crunch

- Lay on the ground with your arms and legs extended without touching the ground 
- Bring your knees toward your chest and your arms toward your knees
- Keep your lower back on the floor throughout the exercise
