Why incorporate Free weights training?

economical compared to exerc ise machines. Free weights exercises
have been shown to increase muscular fitness, improve balance,
promote muscle hypertrophy (muscle grow), reduce the risk of injury,

Compound exercises are movements that use multiple joints at one
time. When you perform compound exercises, more muscle groups are
recruited and used per exercise. Incorporation of compound exercises to
your routine creates the greatest change in body composition in the shortest time. Compound exercises are: Squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, chin-ups

Should I train legs and glutes consecutive?
No. You’ll be training legs and glutes three times a week. You should rest one day in between. You can do upper body, ABS or cardio on the other days.
