Hey, I’m Heidi and I’m so glad you’re here! My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and capable through simple, effective strength training programs that fit seamlessly into your life.
A bit about me—I started my fitness journey with Pilates in college, and it wasn’t long before I realized how much I loved sharing movement with others. My passion for strength training really took off after my sons were born. Inspired by my mother’s struggles with autoimmune disease and bone density, I committed to staying strong for as long as possible, despite facing my own health challenges. I’ve been teaching group fitness for over 14 years and am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
I design my programs to meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way. Through my app, I create low-impact, joint-friendly workouts that anyone—whether you’re in your 20s or 70s—can do from home with minimal equipment. My mission is simple: to empower you to show up, push play, and feel successful after every session.
I measure my success by how successful you feel at the end of a workout. Together, we’ll build strength, balance, and confidence to live your best, strongest life.
