It was an awesome workout. Just one suggestion slow down just a bit, I felt like I was falling behind.

Great workout overall but for some of the moves it was a bit slow pace for me. I found myself speeding up the movements to get more reps in. Also, a heads up about the next move would be nice so that I'm not caught off guard by having to stop and watch what's next. I sweated alot more than I expexted to for a 30min workout so I'll definitely do more of these sessions!
