Actually I did your pain free plank series that was on IG awhile back. Killer ab moves! Love a good plank! Last time I did it my elbows got rubbed raw, this time I slid leg warmers (yup, still own a pair) over my elbows.

This was great! Today was a slow day after a poor night's sleep, but I'm trying to show up every day, even if just for a few minutes and once I started I didn't feel like stopping. Thank you!
