Fitness Coach for GenX & Boomer Gals | Strength, Sweat & Real-Life Fitness

I am so excited you are here! This is the perfect program for the ladies who haven’t done anything in a really long time. Maybe you are recovering from an injury or illness, maybe the extra weight you are carrying makes movement hard, maybe you feel tight and everything hurts!!! This program is for you! In this program we will use a chair, a table, light dumbbells and your stairs. And you only need 20 minutes per day. Each class has a different focus, strength, mobility or cardio! Be sure to work at your own pace and remember to have fun! I also provide lots of mindset tips while we are working out! I believe in you! Let's do this together!
