Hi there! 👋🏼 Im so happy you’re here! I’m Heather - wife to Ethan and momma of two (6 & 3) with our third baby on the way! I was a full time RN who turned my passion of helping women take control over their health and wellness and became full time with HLWATKINSFIT.
