Heather Mills 4 Week Program includes 4 weeks of workouts designed to build strength, stamina and endurance. This 4 Week program includes Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Full Body Conditioning and Full Body Strength days.
The Strength Days will target muscle growth, core strength and longevity. Heather is super passionate about proper form. Watch each video carefully being mindful of proper form.
Each workout includes a warmup, strength or cardio portion and sometimes a "burner" which is either a core challenge or a quick cardio burst.
