I am a beginner, will this program work for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this program can help you succeed. Every workout provides a variety of options for each movement and the proper form instruction. Heather walks you through the exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This ensures that you’ll be able to do all the movements easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
The only equipment required will be a set or two of light dumbbells and a mat. If you are brand new to fitness, I would recommend starting out with a set of 2lb & 5lb weights.
How long will I have access to these workouts?
You will have lifetime access to these workouts as part of your WELL & Co weight management program. The program focuses on progressive overload throughout 3 phases ( 12 week period ). You will be able to go back to all of these workouts anytime you would like. Heather also has a variety of additional workouts + formats within her monthly subscription app that you are able to purchase if/when you are ready to continue your fitness journey.
