Hi! I am so happy to have you join me here. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years. I love how movement makes me feel. Strong, confident, centered and focused. My goal is to empower you to be consistent with your workouts, have fun, learn proper form & to continue to challenge yourself! I am a mother (to a sweet 6 year old boy) I run businesses & am busy just like you. All of my workouts provided are quick | efficient | effective. Frequently asked questions

How long are each of the workouts?
Each workout varies in time. You will have access to workouts that range anywhere from 6 minutes to 40 minutes. You are able to choose what length of workout that you would like to do. Every workout located under the "Commit Express" category tab is 15 minutes or less.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Minimal equipment is needed. I would recommend having at least two sets of dumbbells and a mat. There are a handful of workouts that you utilize a small resistance band as well.
Do I need a gym membership to do these workouts?
You can absolutely do these workouts in a gym, but it is not required. You are able to complete all of these workouts from the comfort of your home, while you are traveling or even outdoors. That is how we can consistently Commit [365].
I am a beginner. Will this fitness app work for me?
No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, these workouts can help you succeed. Every workout provides a variety of options for each movement and proper form. Heather walks you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and also provides simple written instructions. If you are ever in need of an alternate exercise, you can message Heather directly right in the app under the messaging feature.
