this workout program will give you everything you need to know about how i personally workout and balance my lifting with running. this program includes my exact weekly workout split down to the reps, sets, tempo and volume. i have also incorporated my current ab routine that i do as well. remember it’s about finding out what movement feel good for you and your body, this is to give you inspo and see if you can take on the challenge of training like me for a week, month or you’ll fall in love with my style of hybrid training and never look back! either way movement is supposed to be fun so with this program that’s one this i can guarantee will come out of this. 🥰
