welcome to this 4 week lean muscle building program. each workout has been fine tuned and completed by myself, and follows a consistent progressive overload split throughout the entire program to systematically improve your overall physique. this 4 week workout program is designed with traditional strength training movements that have been manipulated to concentrate on certain muscle groups and strategically implementing a variety of different rep variations, sets, and movement patterns that will allow your muscles to have to adapt often, thus putting your body in a hypertrophic state. this program is perfect if you’re looking to build muscle while keeping a lean overall body composition and is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift.
