About the program

So excited to have you here for Lift Like a Ladyy 2.0!! Even though this is the second program, you can start with either one. This program is a progressive overload weightlifting program for the gym. Just like the first one. Every two weeks you will notice that there is a change in the reps. Make sure you are adding at least 0.5-2lbs each week. Don’t skip days and do your best to follow the outline of the plan and get 5 days a week in. Make sure that you are using the timer during the rest periods. It will give you 30-45 second rest times and then start back at it right away. This 8 week program has an emphasis on BACK muscles this time around but every muscle group will be worked out. Can’t wait for you to start it!!
