You will repeat week 1, 2-3 times, then go to week 2 and repeat that 2-3 times and so on. Each week you will want to slightly increase the weight from what you did prior with this being a progressive overload program.

    Hi! I am Hayley, a wife and mom of three little kids! I have a background in Nursing and now a stay at home mom with my kids. I have always loved the fitness world but didn't know my true strength till about 3 years ago. I had my last baby and couldn't figure out why my workouts weren't showing any results. I hired help with my nutrition and strength and fell in love with lifting weights and learning about all the ways to build the best muscle, especially for us as ladies! I have done many programs now and have pieced together all my favorite ways to lift each week where you actually will see RESULTS!
