3 weeks ago, I couldn’t do a single Preacher Curl. Now, I just did 2 sets at 12.5kg, and 18 reps at 10kg in a drop set. This programme is cracked 🔥🔥🔥

Definitely felt it! I was a little confused with some of the instructions sometimes though. For instance, I’m not sure what, “last set dropset Xlbs Zlbs” means and I would love more guidance on how to determine the proper weight I should be doing for each set. For instance, should I be increasing weight over the course of sets or decreasing or keeping the weight the same and should that change if I am supposed to do increasing/decreasing/static reps? Any additional advice would be helpful! Looking forward to the rest of the program! Thanks!
