The phone tap push ups was hilarious at first. I went to tap the phone and bam. I landed like a bag of potatoes. Lol. I figured it out and went to failure. The workout is great though, except the burpees of course, but I do them until I can't stand up and jump anymore. I'm getting in more reps each time though. I just remember what you say, pain now, rewards later. Thanks for pushing me boss. Total respect.

Well boss, to be honest, I really like this workout. NO BURPEES. LOL. jk. I hate burpees but I do them. Thanks for the workout.

911, my legs are on 🔥. OMG. I like the squat jump variation for a change, but these burpees are gonna kill me. Lol. I'll be walking funny tomorrow.
