The pushup hand raise got me boss. I tried, I went to failure, but could not complete the fourth set.

Got my ass kicked on the push-up squat jump. Went to total failure on it. Everything hurts. Lol

Ohhh, your killing me boss.That crunch hol is fire. Literally!!! I got 2 out of 3 sets on everything and reached failure early on the 3rd set and not near as fast as you did them. I made a 15 minute workout into a 40 minute work out. Sorry boss but I'm giving it hell.

Great workout, except I went to failure before I completed all 4 sets of push-ups. Completed everything else though. Thank you boss.
