Bodyweight squat

TARGET: core & arms 
- start in a plank position with your elbows on the ground 
- use your core to bring your hips upwards towards the sky
- drive your elbows into the ground and pull your body forward to come down

TARGET: upper body & shoulders 
- at the bottom of the movement, reach your arms forward 
- keep your core tight and your body as even as possible while coming back up
