If you’ve been living with chronic low back tension, stiffness, or postural discomfort, this program is your foundation to feel safe, stable, and mobile again.
This 6-week progression is designed to meet your nervous system where it is and slowly build movement confidence through core integration, breath, and pelvis alignment.
You’ll retrain movement patterns, reduce guarding, and unlock strength in your trunk and hips — all from the ground up.
What to Expect:
• 3 sessions per week (20–30 minutes)
• Breathwork, spinal decompression, glute/core reactivation
• All bodyweight or band-based — no high-load lifting required
