If you’ve been dealing with knee pain, instability, or tension that holds you back from moving freely, this program is your foundation to feel strong, supported, and pain-free again.
This 6-week progression is designed to meet your nervous system where it is and rebuild confidence through hip stability, quad control, and grounded single-leg strength.
You’ll retrain how your knees work in harmony with your hips, feet, and breath — restoring alignment and building strength from the ground up.
What to Expect:
• 3 sessions per week (25–30 minutes)
• Breath-led glute, quad, and foot control progressions
• No jumping, high-load lifting, or pain required
