- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate dumbbell from side to side

Dumbbell russian twist

- Begin by lying supine with arms extended straight up
- Sit up while keeping DB overhead

Dumbbell overhead sit up

- Start with your arms at your sides and legs extended
- Tuck your knees in while lifting your torso up, meeting together in the middle
- Extend your body back out to hollow hold position

Hollow body double crunch

- From a high plank position
- Bring one knee out and forward up to your elbow
- Return to starting position and repeat on the opposite side

High plank knee to elbow

- Lift your legs so your knees are directly over your hips
- Slowly lower one arm and extend opposite leg until they’re just above the floor
- Bring them back to the starting position 
- Repeat on the opposite side
