Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All levels, people with limited time, people that want to work on their mobility, people with imbalances
What are the goals of the program? Stronger core, great for muscular imbalances, full-body workouts at home
How to schedule the program into a week? This program is best divided into two days, one rest day, then the two remaining. So total of four workouts per week.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Commit to the whole month. If you really can’t make the time to preform one of the days just do half of it, but make sure you do not skip a day.
