Welcome to Upper Body Shred. This program is designed to lean & tone, with an emphasis on your upper body. Each workout has been timed and fine tuned by myself, and follows a consistent split for the entire 4 week program using cables, dumbbells, bands, TRX straps and a bench. By concentrating on certain muscle groups and strategically incorporating rep variation, drop sets and progressive overload, this program is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift.
