4 Week Program

Welcome to The RESET. Each workout has been timed and fine tuned by myself, and follows a consistent split for the entire 4 week program with only cables, a bench and dumbbells. By concentrating on certain muscle groups, implementing in full body days, and strategically incorporating rep variation, progressive overload, and elements of isometric training, this program is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift.

What makes this program different from the last one?
This program is on my app, with videos of each exercise, it's focused more on leaning and toning. It has elements of isometric training, lots of rep variations and includes progressive overload. This one is made for a full gym or at least a gym that has cables, it's for all levels and workouts are only 60 minutes.
I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can succeed here. This programs was specifically created for any level of fitness. All exercises have easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You will need access to a full gym for this program as a lot of the program includes using cables.
