What makes this program different from the last one? The last workout program was a PDF, 60 minute workouts, intermediate - advanced level, required professional gym equipment and was a lot more intensity/strength focused. This program is on my app, with videos of each exercise, it's focused more on leaning and toning. It has elements of isometric training, lots of rep variations and includes progressive overload. It's apartment and home gym friendly, it's for all levels and workouts are only 45 minutes.
