Each workout has been timed and fine tuned by myself, and follows a consistent split for the entire 6 week program. By concentrating on certain muscle groups, implementing in full body days, and strategically incorporating rep variation, core work, HITT, progressive overload, and elements of isometric training, this program is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift. I wanted to create a program that could be done from a home gym, apartment gym, or professional gym, and ultimately serve a wide variety of people. Each individual workout is different and unique throughout the 6 weeks. Not only does this keep the workouts mentally stimulating and new, but it eliminates any type of plateau.
